Julienne with chicken and mushrooms in buns

You don’t have any cocotte pans? No problem! The julienne is even more appetising in edible bowls.

Ingredients:
Chicken breast fillet 250-300 g
Mushrooms 250-300 g
Onion 1 piece
Cheese 120-150 g
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Double cream 50-60 ml
