Preparation:
Cut the chicken and mushrooms into small pieces, the onion into smaller pieces. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
In a frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Fry the chicken in a few minutes so that the pieces change their colour.
Add the onions and continue cooking until they become soft and slightly browned.
Pour the mushrooms into the same pan. Stir, cover with a lid and leave on the heat for about 5 minutes more.
Salt, pepper, pour in the cream and add half the cheese. Stir and remove from the heat after 2-3 minutes.
Cut the tops off the buns and remove the flesh so that the walls remain.
Fill the buns with the filling and place in a parchment-lined mould. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and cover with the cut lids.
Put into the oven preheated to 220°C for 5-8 minutes.
